We are really happy with Susan, she is honest, thoughtful and helpful. I am very surprised as a lot of agents only targeted sell the highest price and hide things to buyers. Susan has gained my trust that I am very comfortable deal with her, thanks Susan
Susan and her team were wonderful throughout this whole process. They were very helpful and responded quickly.
From start to finish Susan was extremely professional and assisted in walking us through the steps to sell our Property. After purchasing our current home through Susan only 18 months ago, we built a great relationship and our transaction was seamless start to finish. Without a doubt we knew we needed to give Susan a call when we decided to sell, and set strong expectations around the price we wanted. Susan advised us she could help us achieve more and to be honest, we thought we were being a little over ambitious. Susan exceeded our sale price expectations and left us grinning from ear to ear. Since we met Susan, she has always felt more of a friend than our sales agent. Susan and her team work around the clock to deliver great results and truly make you feel like you are their only customer. We are truly thankful for the support from not only Susan but her associates Lochlan and Georgina also. Susan is in the know with the area and we would have no hesitations in recommending her to anyone looking to sell or purchase their next home. Thanks Susan & Team
Best and highly recommended Agent Susan Mills went above and beyond to sell our property, especially selling from interstate. We cannot speak more highly of Susan’ skills and attention to details. In addition, Susan has assembled a very professional & reliable team around her. Nothing was ever a problem for them. We were always kept fully informed throughout the sale process. We can’t recommend Susan highly enough for the work she put in to make the successful sale. Thank you so much, Susan, for your hard work.
Susan and her team delivered exception service and professionalism making the difficult process of property pre-sale preparation and selling our home so easy. Their advice has been spot on. Thank you! We cannot speak more highly of Susan's skills, knowledge and professionalism.
Susan and her wonderful team have been very professional and helpful during the sale of my property. The communication at every step of the way has been incredible and I've felt completely supported during this process. Being a first time seller Susan and her team were there to talk me through the process and answer all the questions I had to ensure it was a smooth process. Very happy with the sale result and would highly recommend.

I am so grateful that I chose Susan to sell my property, she is honest, hard working, and full of integrity, and will do everything she can to ensure that your property is up to the best standard to achieve the best price. Her knowledge is second to none and she has a great team behind her. Most importantly Susan genuinely cares about both the buyer and the seller and she and her team are with you every step of the way.
Susan's communication was excellent. She explained things and was quite patient with my many questions. Also, Susan went beyond just selling the property - she gave her (extremely limited) spare time to help out with numerous things even post settlement.
Susan listened to our needs, was honest and worked very hard to achieve outcomes. Very pleased with Susan’s performance and result.
