I found Susan to be very professional and very experienced with the process of selling my property. I would recommend Susan to anyone who is thinking of selling in this area.

Susan and her team are great people and very professional. Nothing was a problem and the kept me updated all the time even if the news was minor. I would recommend Susan and her team 100% of the time.

I had a great sale experience with Susan. She is a trustful and well experienced agent. She helped me familiar with all the selling procedures and achieved selling price above our expedition. I would like to recommend Susan to anyone who want to sell property.

Susan helped meet our expectations in a hot seller's market, and we are very glad we entrusted her with the sale of our property!

Susan was very knowledgeable about the Park Hill Village area where my property was situated. She and her team looked after me well.

Susan Mills and her team are dedicated professionals. They were reliable and conscientious in displaying my home and supported me through the whole process. I always felt that they had my best interest and were also helpful in explaining all aspects of selling my house. I highly recommend Susan and thank her and her team in achieving a very successful sale. Margaret Beagrie

Susan and team were great to deal with. The outcome was aligned with my expectation and the overall process was very smooth. Susan has great knowledge of the market she operates in.

Susan was amazing - very easy to deal with and had everything covered. It was the easiest and smoothest process - not what we were expecting which was great!

Belle were very prompt with answering queries on a Sunday when we were looking to sign the contract as there were some matters that needed to be resolved to keep the contract as simple as possible. That was really appreciated as it made it a lot easier to get the contract signed ASAP. They were also great at providing updates on settlement day when there were delays on the vendors end. Our solicitors weren't being provided any updates, but the updates coming from Belle kept us at ease that everything was moving along. The only constructive feedback was that we received conflicting advice from the junior agent and leading agent regarding building and pest process but this has already been raised and resolved. Overall we were happy with the support provided by belle throughout the process.

Susan and her team are super professional, friendly, and efficient. They worked around the clock to deliver great results and held my hand through the whole process from first inspection all the way through to settlement. I know agents ‘work for the seller’, however Susan and her team have perfected the art of getting the best outcome for both parties. Purchasing a home is a big step, and I’m glad I had such a great team to help make it happen!

Susan Mills is everything you could wish for in a real estate agent. She is someone who is thorough, returns calls quickly, and gives knowledgeable and professional advice. Her follow-up after showings was impeccable. Susan knew what our property was worth. She was willing to go the extra mile when needed, and work with purchasers to achieve our goal. Bravo, Susan!

The team at Belle Property worked extremely hard to get the best outcome from the sale of my property. Taking onboard advise from the team to update the property with fresh paint and carpets lead to a sale price above expectation.
