Belle were very prompt with answering queries on a Sunday when we were looking to sign the contract as there were some matters that needed to be resolved to keep the contract as simple as possible. That was really appreciated as it made it a lot easier to get the contract signed ASAP. They were also great at providing updates on settlement day when there were delays on the vendors end. Our solicitors weren't being provided any updates, but the updates coming from Belle kept us at ease that everything was moving along. The only constructive feedback was that we received conflicting advice from the junior agent and leading agent regarding building and pest process but this has already been raised and resolved. Overall we were happy with the support provided by belle throughout the process.
