Susan's experience and knowledge of my local market assist my wife and I in securing a contract within our tight timeframes whilst also achieving a magnificent price 10% above our target. Susan's professionalism was exceptional with full transparency during her engagement including going the extra miles with guidance and support that assisted in securing the better price. I have no hesitation recommending Susan to any prospective buyers and/or seller.

Susan was friendly, helpful, available and so knowledgeable for the (short) time we worked with her. It was short because she bought us two offers, above what we wanted, at our first open house! She knew the area, knew what buyers were looking for, and her advice was spot on! I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Susan and the team did an amazing job selling our property. Her market knowledge was on point and showed in the result she achieved for us (a lot more than we were expecting). My advice to anyone reading this would be to listen and implement any advice she has in relation to selling your property. Thanks again Susan and the team!

Susan and Georgia listened to our needs and identified a property they thought would fit us. It was the right home, the right price and in the right location. From offer to contract and throughout settlement, they responded to our queries as soon as was possible, liaised with the seller on our behalf and 'checked in'. Susan knows her market and between her and Georgia, they always followed-up, which is critical to establishing a good relationship with their clients. We would highly recommend Susan Mills and her team at Belle Property to support you through your purchase or sale. Thank you!

I was duly impressed and humbled by the manner in Susan handled our sale - she is goal-focussed, has an amazing team supporting her and is quick to use her network of contacts to solve any issue. She was able to work with limitations from our side and was upfront with all communications. Big thank-you to Team Belle, I hope you continue to deliver top-shelf service to all your clients.

Susan is simply the best, everything was orchestrated and managed to achieve the best possible result. Unparalleled knowledge of what was needed, the best advice and full and open communication at every step with genuine personal caring. Couldn't have asked for more.

Susan was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. She went the extra mile for me and will definitely ask her to sell my property in the future.

Everything went smoothly. Susan answered all of our questions and made the entire ordeal of buying a home quite easy. Thank you!

Susan was absolutely amazing, very helpful and had exceptional customer service throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Highly recommend Susan as an agent and will definitely work with her again in the future!
