Susan was always very thorough in her role as agent for the sale. She personally took it upon herself to make our rented property as presentable as possible for open homes . She was persistent to achieve a sale for a property that was compromised by a not too obliging tenant . This determination lead to a sale. Thanks Susan for your efforts
Our sale with Susan was a breeze. Great to work with someone of her knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family.
Susan Mills What a great agent to have sell my apartment! So many solid connections of hers made the sale happen unbelievably fast. Called me herself to explain every part of the contract to me, as I had no idea what I was doing. Her whole team were reliable, honest and REAL with me. Lovely people, and very hard workers to ensure it’s as easy for me as possible. Thank you Susan Mills and the team at Belle Property. Special mention to Georgina Nelson for all of her help and hard work also!!
Susan’s market knowledge, strategy & professionalisms is fabulous, will certainly refer her to anyone looking for a good agent
If you are in Murarrie Susan is the go to person. She made the selling experience painless and easy. No fuss and we know where we stood along the way. She is honest, hardworking and so easy to get along with. She is not pushy and had our best interest at heart. Will deal with her again.
Susan was able to achieve a sale price beyond our expectations. A record for our complex!
I was referred to Susan directly from another real estate professional. Susan was very attentive and honest about the market which helped with my expectations. Susan always kept me up to date with the sale process, where respective prospects were up to in relation to the sale and any potential issues which could potentially occur. I felt that I was always in safe hands and felt that Susan was always trying to get me the best result and not just a quick sale.
Susan is a committed and skilled professional supported by a capable team and able to achieve excellent results.
Susan Mills is what realestate agent dreams are made of. She is honest, hardworking and so easy to get along with. Never did we think that the very daunting task of selling our house be so quick, stress free and be sold for such a amazing price. In the future if we buy or sell again we will be calling Susan. If we could, we would rate her 6 out of 5 stars.
