Selling a home for the first time in a daunting task but Susan made the job easier by first recommending improvements to the house, by painting and styling. This was significant task but the result was very pleasing. Susan is supported by a team supported by the Belle Property and that is what other agents may not be able to compete with. The overall result was that the property was sold in less than 3 weeks despite the interruption caused by Lockdown.

No complaints with engaging Susan to sell my property. My property was put on the market and sold in under a month. Susan and her team worked around the clock to make the sale happen and had great communication along the way.

We got to know Susan when we needed help in marketing our property. Susan was extremely helpful and understood our needs immediately by gently recommending improvements to achieve the best result. despite difficulties due to Lockdowns the property was sold within a short 6 weeks including the finance approvals. We highly recommend Susan and her Team if you are looking for the best result possible.

I found Susan to be very professional and knowledgeable in Murarrie area. She was able to secure a contract in just 2 weeks with a result that exceeded my expectation. During the contract period, a building defect was found. Since I live in another state I was not able to attend to the site. Susan and her team went above and beyond made sure the defect was fixed by the builder prior to settlement. I am very satisfied with her service and happy to refer her to other people.

Fabulous result, I would highly recommend Susan to anyone selling their home.

This is the third time we have used Susan to buy or sell property across 3 different eastern suburbs over recent years - her professionalism, expertise and knowledge in property sales is exceptional. We trust her to represent us, and always feel confident that she will get the best outcomes she can for us every time. Highly recommend.

Susan was very professional when helping me purchase my first home. Explained the buying process simple why making it easy for me to understand. It could have not gone any smoother. Thanks Susan.

I recently purchased a property through Belle. A great experience with an exceptional end result. Thank you to Susan & team at Belle.

Susan's knowledge of the market is excellent, and we were both on the same page throughout the sale process. Susan's knowledge of recent sales comparable to my residence made it easy establishing a sensible purchase price. The entire process, from advice regards making the property attractive to potential buyers, to the staging and advertising of the residence, and honest and detailed feedback, made the experience relatively stress-free. I highly recommend Susan as an honest and committed agent.

Susan was very professional was able to provide us with all information needed and get us a very good price in a very difficult market

Susan Mills is, to be frank, FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC! Susan found me an off-market townhouse with the most wonderful view and everything was so easy to buy it. From the inspection, signing of the contract, the building and pest inspection, the final inspection and the settlement, everything was handled with aplomb. The bottle of champagne after the settlement as well as all of the building documents and extra keys was a nice touch as well. If you want an Agent who not only goes above and beyond, but keeps on going AND has the local knowledge plus connections to back it all up, then go with Susan Mills.

Susan's Honesty from the start has given us the assurance that our House Sale journey will be stress free. We heed all her advice and in the end achieved a fabulous result which benefit us and the buyer. If we have to do it again then surely Susan will be handling our sale. Thank you. Marcos and Tess.
