Susan Mills is, to be frank, FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC! Susan found me an off-market townhouse with the most wonderful view and everything was so easy to buy it. From the inspection, signing of the contract, the building and pest inspection, the final inspection and the settlement, everything was handled with aplomb. The bottle of champagne after the settlement as well as all of the building documents and extra keys was a nice touch as well.
