I would highly recommend Susan Mills from Class real estate to sell your property. As I was selling the property of my late sister and as I live interstate I put my trust and guidance in her hands . Susan is very professional and she kept me informed every step of the way during the selling process. Nothing was too much trouble for Susan.. The property sold in record time way above my expectations.

Great knowledge of the local area. Our entire selling process was friendly, low key and no pressure. It was about as smooth and easy as selling a house could possibly be.

I can 100% fully recommend Peter Watson and Susan Mills from Class Real Estate. Yes, they were polite and considerate. Yes, they were prompt with updates on what was happening. Yes, they got the price I was hoping for. But the most important thing, I believe, was that they believed in the value of the property. Because I picked a quiet time to sell (just after the Christmas/New Year break), the first open home didn’t attract anyone and subsequent interest was slow. Other agents in the area were dropping prices of their listed properties to make a sale but Peter and Susan believed in the value of the property and stood strong. And it paid out. Within a month, I had a contract for the price I wanted – the price that Peter and Susan believed the property was worth! Because of that, I would not hesitate to recommend Peter, Susan and Class Real Estate to anyone.

Susan was pleasant to deal with and nothing was a problem outside of office hours.

Susan was exceptional in the sale of our property. From advice on how to style the home for sale to negotiation on price,Susan was fantastic. We loved working with Susan and she made the whole process of selling our house really easy.Thank you Susan for a wonderful experience.
