Susie handled our sale well. Much of it had to be done with us overseas. She oversaw its cleanup and spruce up from a rental (which we'd previously lived in) to an attractively presented sellable house, including styling, gardening and needed repairs. These all cost a lot, but came back to us in the form of a sale price ~10%+ above the reserve and also well above our most optimistic expectations.
