I decided to sell my apartment whilst living interstate so Susie undertook the task of ensuring that it would present well for sale This included assessing what needed to be done in terms of renovating, organising quotes and access for tradesmen, and recommending a stylist. She dealt with every aspect including managing access with the strata managers and recommending a marketing strategy. The apartment was turned around and advertised on the market within ten days. This was all achieved whilst Sydney was still struggling with restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The final outcome was excellent with several offers being received and the apartment selling within the price range she had suggested as possible. I was delighted - her assessment of the market was accurate, her recommendations sound and most of all, she ensured that I was kept informed.
