Susie from MGM MARTIN gave us a realistic expected sell price range which helped us better understand the market value (as apartments in our area were very hard to sell). And yet, our property was sold for more than we initially wanted, which was the highest price in our entire apartment block in past two - three years! The Property was online for months but Susie was patient and very accommodating with requests especially during COVID Lockdown periods.
