I came to Melbourne with a mission to buy a 1 Bdrm apartment for our frequent visits from Qld to family and friends. I contacted six agents from realeastate.com. Most just took messages and were very slow in replying- a couple of them I have not heard back from at all, despite the fact that I advised all, that I was a cash, unconditional buyer in Melbourne for only a few days. Suzie Farrell was the only agent who directly answered her mobile, advised clearly my queries about the property that she had listed. She gently "pushed" me to inspect the property and would happily meet me at the property that day at any time I nominated. Accordingly I did so and found the property as described and signed the contract at the inspection, as she had come totally prepared with a Section32 Certificate and Contract.
