Have sold 2 properties through Suzie and was very impressed her continuous correspondence throughout the whole process.

Got a fairly quick sale in what I was told was a slow market which was a big plus, however once the offer had been finalized communication became a real problem. As an interstate seller I was reliant on information from Suzi about what I needed to organize to keep the sale process moving forwards, and this information was very difficult to get at times. At one stage I discovered my house had been vandalized and after calling Suzi and speaking with her pleading with her to call me back, along with text messages again asking her to call me back I later find myself being asked 'why did you send me out here on a Friday night?' Even though I had been asking her all day to call me, not to go out there without the keys and tell me things I already knew about the vandalism. Also during this conversation, Suzi was of the distinct opinion that she was more knowledgable about locks than several locksmiths who had already seen photos of the damage and despite me stating several times what I wanted done she simply dismissed what the locksmiths (and common sense) had told me and refused to co-operate. I was also alarmed at the time I organized a locksmith to pick up my house keys from the Peard office and repair the vandalism that had been done to my locks, as I specifically told the receptionist to check my identity before following my instructions purely on the basis of a phone call. The receptionist insisted that it was standard policy for them to check my identity before following my instructions. This did not happen. Considering that my house had just been vandalized I had to explain to Suzi that the receptionist handing my keys overs without asking questions was unacceptable. In the final weeks before settlement Suzi was co-operative with organizing building and pest inspections as well as with some people I had to send to my house to perform a final clean and take care of some other minor problems and she also helped me by putting my wheelie bins out as well.

Suzie is both professional hard working and has the rare ability to make things happen.

We were extremely impressed with the communication and the market knowledge and the prompt sale and settlement of our property.

Great negotiation skills, managed to get everything fixed on time with little time to organise things, responsed in a very timely manner to all enquiries.

Suzie was an effective agent. She was very helpful from the start of procedure. The only critique I can give is that she did not offer the buyers to put up the sold stickers on the for sale signs. Other than that, she was the perfect agent.
