I'm not easy to work with and I know this. Rick on the other hand was very easy to work with, he went above and beyond and step well outside of his roll to get me a superb price for my home. We hit a lot of obstacles along the way in trying to sell my house, outside of both mine and Rick's control. But he never gave up and in the end got me a price higher then i expected.
