Tain has made the sale of our first home a fantastic experience. His knowledge of the current market and other agents has landed us with a sale price well above other homes in the area. Great communication from Tain and the Harcourts team throughout the sale.

From the first moment I met Tain he made the overwhelming process of selling more enjoyable. He has been a pleasure to deal with and with the unforeseen hiccups we have had, he has achieved the result that I requested and fulfilled the high expectations I had of him within the time frame I gave him. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tain to anyone who is thinking of selling.
