We were very satisfied with the service we received throughout the entire buying process. The agent, Tanya and her team were extremely professional, organised and helpful from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything feel easy and stress free. The sale and settlement process was very smooth and straightforward and we always felt well looked after. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable team.

Very friendly and helpful.

Lovely communication skills. Kept us informed about the property and body corporate

Tanya & Karen were a delight to deal with. Nothing was a problem and their ideas were insightful and I think in the end rewarding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to sell their property.

Working with Tanya's team far exceeded my expectations. The whole process from beginning to end was a positive experience. The styling and marketing of my property I feel played a bit part in a quick sale. Always easy to communicate with, nothing was too much trouble. So pleased I went with a recommendation, would definitely use this agency again. Great work team!

Over the past 10 years, I have personally dealt with many, many real estates on the Sunshine Coast and Tanya and her team from TM Estate Agents have always been a the stand out as they have always been leaps and bounds above all the rest in every aspect. I entrusted them to sell my Parents property recently and as expected, they went above and beyond to not only ensure a top price was sought, but they were always 1 step ahead for the “just in case” scenarios which was so reassuring as a quick sale was vital. Everyone in the team excelled at their roles and this took all the stress out of selling. My Parents were thrilled with the whole process from start to finish, as was I, and I cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!

Excellent communication, keeping you continually informed without pressure. Tanya always listened and acted upon our requests promptly and offered advice in challenging situations. Overall smooth and stress free result.- John

Whether buying or selling a home or investment, the process can be stressful, and it certainly makes it easier when the people you are working with are accommodating and very responsive.

I was lucky being interstate I rang Tanya one afternoon and the selling of my Townhouse began. Tanya took me through all that was going to be done from photo shoot to inspections. I was kept up to date after every inspection and also private inspections. Tanya and her team were nothing but professional. If I was to need a realestate agent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Tanya & her team.

Tanya was highly recommended by two friends who had previously worked with her, one when selling a property and the other when buying a property. Tanya’s professional and caring manner is what I felt when we met. She went through the whole process of selling my property, and it was then left to me to contact her when I was ready to sell, which I did. I would definitely recommend TM Estate Agents to my family and friends

They arranged the inspections required and went above and beyond to support me with the sale as I was interstate. They kept me updated and identified and sold to the benefits of my property. Thank you for a great result

Very accommodating and great communication
