Tash was very helpful, would return calls and would endeavour to answer any questions I had regarding my property purchase. As I bought at auction I can't review Tash as far as her ability with negotiations are concerned so ignore my low rating .
We recently purchased a home from Tash Santos from Ray White Mermaid Beach. We found Tash to be very knowledgable about the current market and thorough in her negotiations. What we most liked about Tash was her attention to detail, following up on all issues regarding the purchase and keeping us informed throughout the process. Her easy going nature and pleasant personality made the process more pleasurable. I would certainly recommend Tash to anyone looking to sell their property.
What can I say other than Tash Santos was the most amazing agent we have ever encountered. She is an enthusiastic, honest, no nonsense, tenacious, "get the best price" agent with a refreshing calm personality. What she says is what she does. Our unit was sold within 3 weeks at highest price achieved in our block of units. We highly recommend her.
