We appointed Tash to help us sell our property because she is the 'go-to' agent in East Victoria Park. We certainly weren't disappointed! Tash is extremely knowledgable about the area and refreshingly frank, hyer-energetic and was fantastic in getting thing moving to assist us ahead of our first home opening. One week, and three home opens later and we were sold. Tash kept us fully informed throughout the process and was always up front in discussions so that we had a realistic expectation of outcomes. Thanks so much Tash - you're a star!!

Tash is a number one agent for a reason - she is the best! We cannot fault Tash's approach to selling our property, which only lasted 2 weeks on the market before going under contract. That says a lot in this climate! Tash also assisted us in preparing an offer for our new home which we successfully purchased. We commend Tash on her high level of professionalism, extensive knowledge in the business and her ability to get a property sold under tight timeframes. We highly recommend Tash and thank her for making our transition of selling and buying a smooth process!

Great local knowledge of the area, very professional and willing to go the extra mile.

Tash made our first home buying experience feel so smooth and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided every step of the way. She definitely debunked a lot of what we'd heard about regarding Real Estate agents! She really put us at ease and went the extra mile every time we had questions. Tash genuinely cares, is trustworthy, knowledgeable and based on our experience we couldn't recommend her more!

Tash has been wonderful to deal with. She is clearly an expert in the area and has provided excellent advice and support throughout the sale process. We never felt pressured or rushed. Tash has been very generous with her time and expertise both before and after we signed with her. Should we need to sell, or buy, again we would be happy to deal with Tash.

In a difficult market Tash was able to get a great price on our property in record time. She has an outstanding feel for the area and knows just how to market your property to achieve the best result. Very happy with the outcome!

From the first contact with Tash, and her visit to our house, up until the end of the whole process, she has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Within 2 weeks from meeting with her to organise photos of the property, and after 3 home opens we sold our house and were kept informed all throughout the process. We would recommend Tash in a heartbeat.

Tash was extremely helpful in what was an unusual and interesting property to purchase! She was very supportive and went above and beyond to help me through the buying process as well as organised multiple inspections to ease any concerns! Thanks Tash and can't wait to show you what I do with the place!

Tash is professional, honest, friendly ,easy to deal with always smiling. Tash is a hard worker goes above and beyond. I would happily recommend Tash .

We chose Tash to sell our home as two homes in our short street that were around the same vintage as ours sold quite quickly, so we knew Tash had good knowledge of sales in our area. We weren’t disappointed as Tash guided & encouraged us throughout the process. We achieved a good price in a very reasonable time & thank & would recommend putting your trust in Tash’s expertise

There is a reason why she is rated THE number ONE agent because there’s no better agent than Tash. Her knowledge of the market is incredible, great communication through out the whole process and achieved unexpected fast result specially in this slow market. We cannot thank her enough, she went above and beyond I don’t know what else to say she really is a star! Tash we love you!!!

It took a while for my property to sell, as it was a bit of hidden hideaway and road/building works in the area did not help. Tash persevered and regularly refreshed the web advertisments. Tash kept me in the loop after all the home opens and would go out of her way above and beyond where needed.
