Customised Service at its best. Tash delivered over and above the standard service offering. Great communicator with a sharp mind. Really glad we went with Tash from Peard. Her tenacity and willingness gave me comfort that we would get the best deal on the market. We would definitely recommend her services and will definitely be using Tash in the future. Thanks again Tash
If you're looking for a Professional Agent that get the job done, Tash Wellburn is your Lady!! Extremely well versed with the current market and knows exactly what buyers and sellers require. There is a reason why she is number one in the local area. We sold our family home of 21 years, which was made easier by Tash's professional and relaxed persona it was so important to have a trust worthy person to do the right thing by us, to sell our home for a good price and provide a reliable service. Tash communicated with us nearly every day with feedback about what was happening with the sale of our home. My husband and I couldn’t speak more highly of Tash's professionalism, knowledge and etiquette she honestly goes above and beyond and made things stress free for us, which is what makes her that cut above the rest, we would definitely recommend her to anyone who is considering selling. Thank you Tash !!
People don’t become No.1 at what the do by accident. When other agents are recommending Tash, you soon learn why. Tash sold our place less than a week - and the offer was well above our expections. We’re still smiling weeks later! Her passion, energy, and incredible work ethic to help you (and more importantly, any potential buyer) reach a mutual goal is amazing. Her candour, level of communication, and market knowledge were amazing and we’re we never left wondering “what happens next?”. Having 2 toddlers, she understood our needs and was so accommodating through the whole process which was really appreciated. In a landscape of very mediocre agents, Tash’s genuine passion and natural ability to engage people and make them feel at ease is a breath of air - I loved it, and I believe buyers see and appreciate that as well. Thanks Tash! (p.s: I’ve already told EVERYONE I know that they would be crazy to talk to anyone else!)
Tash was a great help to us, working to get the right price for our property. Her knowledge of the market and expertise in the area is outstanding.
Big thankyou to Tash Welburn from Peard Real estate! we all know moving house is a stressful time, Mum and Dad lived in the same house for 44years! It was a trying time coming to the realisation that its time to move on and down size, very hard when you have lived in one house so long and not experienced in moving/ selling and everything that comes with it. our family is so grateful to Tash, she acted in the very interest of mum and dad and went beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent, we cant believe all the extra help she provided, we really cant thank her enough, its easy to see why she sell's so much in the area! we would recommend Tash to anyone who is moving / selling, but if you have elderly parents that need extra TLC then give Tash a call. thankyou! Tash is a treasure, she is a person with great integrity, a savvy negotiator, and very capable in providing top class service. She is someone that I have full confidence in and highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting a Real Estate agent that will get the best price and the smoothest process in selling their home.
Last night we accepted an offer on our investment property just five days after it went to market - two home opens in pouring rain, a private inspection and 'boom' a credible offer, in a difficult market for an average property. Tash provided valuable advice on how we could improve the presentation of the property, recommended some great trades, and was always prompt in responding to our many texts, calls and emails at any hour. We felt fully supported and informed all the way and she helped us get a fair price when other agents were saying it would likely take months to sell and projected a much lower price. Can't recommend Tash highly enough - we are just so grateful we sold so quickly, no dramas, no anxious waiting for the right buyer.
We knew Tash for many years and she's been very helpful in providing us accurate and informative market information. She provided us a realistic and positive appraisal and set the selling price right to attract more potential buyers. Finally, the property got sold just within a month with reasonable price. Will definitely use Tash again for our next property.
We have been so impressed with Tash and her warm and friendly approach, her excellent and timely communication, great negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of the Vic Park and surrounding area. We personally would not sell with any other agent in this area and could not be happier with the fast result Tash got for our property (one home open and under offer!!). Thanks Tash !!!
Tash is compassionate and knowledgable, she is open and honest and did a great job!
We worked with Tash because of her reputation of being the best. At all times Tash was always in constant communication with us and was always honest. Would recommend to others.
Tash has always showed her professionalism and commitment in dealings with us in selling our property. We initially asked her for an appraisal but listed with Purplebricks. That was a mistake not because the Purplebricks team weren’t professional but that you have to pay upfront with them and there isn’t the incentive to sell. It was on the market for quite a while until we gave Tash the listing. She was polite and understanding and just knew what she had to do to make the house more appealing. SOLD sooner than expected with her as our agent.
