Last night we accepted an offer on our investment property just five days after it went to market - two home opens in pouring rain, a private inspection and 'boom' a credible offer, in a difficult market for an average property. Tash provided valuable advice on how we could improve the presentation of the property, recommended some great trades, and was always prompt in responding to our many texts, calls and emails at any hour. We felt fully supported and informed all the way and she helped us get a fair price when other agents were saying it would likely take months to sell and projected a much lower price. Can't recommend Tash highly enough - we are just so grateful we sold so quickly, no dramas, no anxious waiting for the right buyer.

Tash has always showed her professionalism and commitment in dealings with us in selling our property. We initially asked her for an appraisal but listed with Purplebricks. That was a mistake not because the Purplebricks team weren’t professional but that you have to pay upfront with them and there isn’t the incentive to sell. It was on the market for quite a while until we gave Tash the listing. She was polite and understanding and just knew what she had to do to make the house more appealing. SOLD sooner than expected with her as our agent.
Where do I start? Let’s just begin with - She’s amazing! I don’t reckon you can go wrong with Tash! She knows what she is doing - with the market still not having picked right up, we went into our agent hunt with very realistic expectations but through Tash’s knowledge, experience and approach we got well above the price we were initially expecting, plus she made the whole process as pleasant and pain free as possible for us (we’ve got a toddler and a bubba and we were dreading the whole ‘selling’ experience). The turn around time was very reasonable, she was always easily contactable and she kept us right in the loop. We have felt through the whole process that she has had both us and the buyers in mind, which might sound odd as to why that’s important to a seller but, having just purchased another property, I can tell you that a pushy, unknowledgable or unpersonable agent really does put you off a property! I speak from current, experience when I say an Agent makes a massive difference to the pleasure or pain of a property purchase! I just wish we were purchasing a property from Tash as well, as not all Agents care quite as much about the outcome for their buyers and sellers! Honestly can’t recommend Tash enough!!

We assessed 6-7 different agents in Vic Park/East Vic Park and wanted the following: * Strong market knowledge of the East Vic Park area * Strong sales history & low days on market * Good communicator/negotiator with any potential buyers to maximise sales price * Good communicator with us to help us with all our questions, and to keep us in the loop As a result, we engaged Tash as we thought she would tick all these boxes. And she certainly delivered on all of them with a quick sale of our property!
Tash provided outstanding service allowing us to be arms-length from the entire process. The negotiations turned out to be more complex than they should have been, however Tash bent over backwards to make sure we were kept in the loop and she just handled it all, even while in Japan!
