Last night we accepted an offer on our investment property just five days after it went to market - two home opens in pouring rain, a private inspection and 'boom' a credible offer, in a difficult market for an average property. We felt fully supported and informed all the way and she helped us get a fair price when other agents were saying it would likely take months to sell and projected a much lower price.
