Communication wasnt great due to circumstances at the time, which I acknowledge. However, if you want to chase your money and get the run around of excuses/lies then this is what we got. Agree, due dilligence is needed, but when acting out in good faith you get taken advantaged of and being told by a co-worker assigned 'were just trying to keep the buyer happy otherwise the buyer wont 'xyz' and putting our satisfaction and happiness of the process to the side. The whole ordeal wasn't your general sell due to buyer situation orchestrated by agent, so therefore this sell was basically to pay the agent to sell at the buyers advantage not yours! Also, get ready to keep decreasing your asking price to suit buyer wants and bringing forth issues that are irrelevant to your property to try and bring asking price down, even tho the agent was already notified about the history of the property beforehand. Benefit of the doubt is agent is probably a good one but just not in this situation and definately felt the 'just after their cut'.

Taylor was referred to us by 2 neighbours. Taylor's knowledge of the Market is impeccable. We knew right from the start that he was wanting the best outcome for us & worked with us to achieve it. At our first meeting he gave an outline on the approach & timeline that he recommended we follow, to achieve a good outcome based on his knowledge of the market. A selling point for us, was the fact that Taylor had access to a database which included people who were looking to buy a home; what their preferences were in terms of home size/layout & most importantly what they were willing to bid for, based on their recent experiences. At no time did Taylor make any promises of what price the house would sell for, but he was confidant that he would sell it, provided we worked with him. Talyor provided some key contacts to improve the backyard & to dress the house up. A whatsapp group was set up, where we received regular updates on movements on the market around us. After each viewing, we were given feedback; which included what buyers said about the home, what they were willing to pay & if buyers were visiting the home more than once. Then suddenly Taylor called & told us that we were going to Auction. At this point, I felt that it was happening too fast & didn't want to return his call to give him the ok. After a reality check on our end, we realised the time and effort that Taylor & his team had put into everything for us. Selling houses is what they do successfully. So we gave Taylor the approval to go ahead. The first open home was Saturday, 19th July. Our house sold on Saturday, 2nd August, after being on the market for 2 weeks only. It was a record sale for a home of that size during that time period. We would highly recommend Taylor and his team, without a doubt. Everyone within his team is Approachable & Understanding. Selling your family home can be emotional, they support you.
