Teresa went out of her way to assist us where possible, when the vendor had moved away, and family members were unable to move out possessions due to lockdown. With permission of the Vendor, Teresa allowed us partial access to the property to bring some of our outdoor items to the property, which saved considerable time when the move could eventually take place.

I had Teresa come to me and have a chat about what coast to coast had on offer after a 20 minute chat Teresa had explained to me clearly what was on offer, I decided to list my property with coast to coast and the property was sold just under two days with no complaints very happy.

Teresa was outstanding during my recent purchase in Orbost. Because of Covid restrictions, I was only able to purchase remotely as I was living in Western Australia, Teresa helped me every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. My sale in WA was fought with delays and it became very stressful but Teresa was very supportive and liaised with my agent and conveyancer constantly. I ended up having a heart attack and was admitted to hospital and she even rang to see how I was. I really didn't think the purchase was going to happen but Teresa kept reassuring me and it did eventually happen.
