Teresa was a dedicated and supportive real estate agent. Teresa guided me through one of the most important decision in one's life and she understood what it meant and ran through step by step how the process worked. Teresa worked hard to get the right price and the right buyer for my particular situation. I was very happy with her professionalism and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling.

Teresa approached us to offer her services to sell our block after she saw it advertised on Gum Tree. We enlisted her services some time after that. Teresa was diligent in communicating with us on a regular basis, keeping us informed of any interest from buyers. She negotiated the price at sale time and we were very happy with the result. When Teresa came to do the appraisal on our house, she came prepared with local comparisons and was honest in her dealings with us. We have not decided to sell at this stage but would highly recommend Teresa to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

Teresa was very professional & approachable with any questions we asked . We felt we were very well looked after in the sale of our property & had our needs met. We would be definitely recommending Teresa to family & friends. We will be happy to have Teresa on board for our next property in the future .

Teresa was extremely knowledgeable on the local market and worked with us to get the best price possible for our land, she kept us informed and included us each step of the journey.

Teresa has sold 4 of our property's, she notified us regularly keeping us informed how things were going , gave us up to date information from enquiries and potential buyers. Teresa was pleasant and easy to work with. I have and will continue to recommended her to my friends and colleges.

Teresa proved to be the most pro active of agents in the area and was successful in selling 8 of the 12 blocks up for public sale. Het ability to attract people from "out of the area" through the use of internet and personal contact was outstanding.

Theresa evaluated our property and was able to identify the selling points right away with a professional approach and timely communication during the process. Online advertising and the data collected helped us read the market with accuracy.

Teresa always responded to our emails and phone calls promptly. She was patient, calm and professional. This purchase was an enjoyable and seamless process for us. Thankyou!

Couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable person to handle the sale of our property. Wouldn't think twice about getting her again.

Perfect agent, and extremely helpful. Considering that we are in COVID-19 Lockdown, all targets were met. I have a wonderful home and thanks to Teresa.

Teresa responded to my phone calls, emails and sms within an acceptable time and took care in support of her Vender when giving purchaser access to the new property.

Teresa was more than helpful going out of her way with the sale of dads house as we were shit down in Melbourne with COVID and couldn’t get back to Orbost especially as the house was sold and the communication was excellent. Highly recommended!!!
