Agent is very polite and helpful, communicates very well. but needs to keep up with market conditions. For example as the market was dipping we should have been advised to take the offer on the table as oppose to no advise.

I took on upside initally because of steven fair. He had good repore with my hubby and i. I think having a good representative is important. I was quite disappointed to loose him. I think all in all theresa did her best but i feel as if she was thrown in the deep end with not enough supportive staff members to help her out. There were a few hiccups along the way but all in all i think that isa problem with the company. I think more feedback to the client about opening times and who will do it would benifit. Also to have 1 representitive to do openings or most of them would be better. One of the openings the agent didn't really know anything about the house. I like to c new business work and i really hope upside does. Communication with your clients is important. Overall i can see theresa young doing well in this job. Good luck

When we enquired re an inspection Teresa arranged this and we were viewing the property within ten minutes. A bit different to other agents who generally insist on waiting until the next open for inspection. We made an offer and she took it straight to the vendors.....deal done. Highly recommended by us!
