Teresa was outstanding during my recent purchase in Orbost. Because of Covid restrictions, I was only able to purchase remotely as I was living in Western Australia, Teresa helped me every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. My sale in WA was fought with delays and it became very stressful but Teresa was very supportive and liaised with my agent and conveyancer constantly. I ended up having a heart attack and was admitted to hospital and she even rang to see how I was. Teresa was fantastic managing the sale of our house campaign through the devastating East Gippsland Bushfires and Covid pandemic. She worked tirelessly following up on any leads, sending through monthly listing reports, arranging virtual inspections when people were restricted with travel due to COVID-19.
