With a bit of research, I knew Rachele had sold properties in the area and when I asked for a sales proposal, I received a documented and informative proposal with very reasonable / affordable commission rates and marketing costs . That got Rachele across the line, when I got to meet Rachele, my confidence in my choice jumped dramatically, when we met face to face, her knowledge of the local area was extremely detailed and her knowledge helped guide me in setting what I thought may be an ambitious a price for the property. It was though her advice and hard work a buyer was found and a contract signed and property sold. I couldn't be happy with the service provided from the advice to managing access and keys etc and returning calls.
