Good knowledge of the market and sensitive to changes. Terry helped me help my 88yo mother Patricia sell her house and move back to New Zealand. He was brilliant. In his initial meeting with us, he said one of his values was being 'relational' and our interactions with him certainly bore this out. He said "we do what we need to, to get the sale across the line" and he did. Many times he rang just as I was about to write an email to progress something regarding the sale.
