Theo's market knowledge showed in-depth understanding of the current property sale prices as well as historical data and trends of the same. This was evident from speaking with Theo during the first couple of days from introduction. What I liked best about his approach to my business was that he didn't try to sell stories to me. He simply presented vast array of market driven information of previous/current sales and then offered his advice on what I should expect out of this sale. When I was doing my research looking for the right realtor for the job, I found out from other sources that Theo was the highest achieving realtor in my area and now I know why. At the start we planned for a 4 week property inspection period in the market and in the 5th week to go to an on-site auction. During the 1st week, Theo presented me with 2 pre-auction offers that he had received and advised me against accepting those offers as he believed a better sale price was possible. In the 2nd week he came to me with a buyer that made an offer i could not resist, thus within 2 weeks of the market listing we had exchanged contracts with a 10% deposit security. A good result in such a short duration was simply above my expectations. During the preparation period for this listing while putting up the market advertising signs in from of the building, Theo managed the buildings quite demanding Strata manager extremely well in a very pleasant and accommodating fashion. Also Theo managed the tenants whom are still occupying the property extremely well such that we had no trouble at all organising inspections while the family with small child was still occupying the premises. All in all in my view, Theo certainly is result driven and sets the standard for business professionalism, all the while being a friendly and approachable guy that's a pleasure to deal with.
