Despite the limitations of COVID19, Theo arranged conveniently timed inspections, and gave us plenty of time to take measurements of the property on our second inspection. Emails and calls were answered promptly. In the negotiations, we were able to find a settlement timeline that was advantageous to both parties.

I think Theo can effortlessly switch his marketing strategy depends on the maket situation and cutstomer's need. My apartment was sold during the pandamic and needed a lot more market buyers attention and I think Theo was excellent on dealing that situation and always give me the most honest advise, at the same time still give me the flexbility to decide on any options with a wide vision on the market. We have just had Theo sell 2 properties for us - the 1st being super quick and easy with a sensational result although this property was a great deal more difficult for numerous reasons. We were let down by buyers finance a couple of times and I was particularly grateful Theo kept on the case until we ultimately sold the property which by the way was a 1 bedroom Unit that had a great deal of other very local competition of 1 bedroom Units Thankfully Theo just kept his enthusiasm and kept myself informed through the entire process in what is now an extremely difficult market.
