In pre- market talks Theresa impressed me with her strong local market knowledge. During the sale process I appreciated Theresa's honest communication, advice and willingness to work out any issues together and to also think outside the box. Nothing was too much trouble; very patient and caring which made a stressful time so much easier!! Theresa's happy disposition and sense of humour was a plus too. Her understanding of the local real estate market was an asset Any questions she couldn't answer, she made sure to find out.
