Thom and another agent were recommended to me, and I ultimately chose Thom because his knowledge and experience exceeded the other. I had a few hiccups along the way, as I was living in Qld. I had planned to do some landscaping and painting myself, but due to a cyclone, I wasn't able to get there. Thom stepped in and got contractors to do the work at very reasonable prices. I also had other challenges with a difficult neighbour. Throughout the whole process, Thom was in constant communication by text, email and phone calls.
