Thom was the only one to come fully prepared with a complete market report (even made into a booklet) and provided the most information to support me during my first experience of selling a property. Before I had made a final decision on which agent I was going to use, I happen to be very interested in a property Thom was selling. As a perspective buyer, Thom had exceptional social skills and was efficient in providing any information regarding the property. So, of course, I asked him if he would be my agent! Thom's communication is amazing in all aspects of selling a house - from regular updates on the market, feedback on how the open homes went, information on potential buyers, and regular feedback on how your property is presenting to potential buyers. This gives you a lot of opportunity to continue to improve the presentation of your house, to yield a better outcome. From your buyers perspective, Thom is also a great agent to deal with.
