I was extremely happy with Thom on a lot of different levels. Firstly the way that Thom went out of his way to assist in the presentation of the property and an extreme cleanup as the house was far from presentable to effect a reasonable sale price for my mum. I believe Thom went above and beyond in regard of the above services as I was time poor living interstate and had quite alot of work commitments to deal with myself, and at no time did Thom baulk as to what an immense job he had taken on. The delegation of a cleaning contractor capable of achieving the cleanup was unbiased and professional to say the least, and Thom even went the extra mile yet again by having to mow patches of grass where skip bins had been removed. From the first time Thom introduced himself to me he came across with nothing but professionalism and knowlagble experience of the market for the area. Throughout this process he did not once badger me with empty promises of high or unachievable prices (to get the listing), on the contrary he set things out in a realistic fashion effecting a good sales price for my Mum. I have given 5 stars on the above for this very reason and would recommend anyone that wants an effective sale of there property to contact Thom!!! As a perspective buyer, Thom had exceptional social skills and was efficient in providing any information regarding the property. So, of course, I asked him if he would be my agent!
