While Thomas was not from the local area he did present a well thought strategy to maximise the return on the property. Along with Matthew he kept us informed at all stages of the process and reduced as much as possible the stress and disruption associated with selling one's house. He provided realistic expectations on what we could expect and advised us at all stages of negotiations. In what is a very competitive market I am confident that our time on market was on par with market expectations while our return was not likely to have been surpassed or even matched had we chosen a different agent.
