Both Thomas and Matt have been very helpful. They’ve kept us in the loop all along and have come up with great ways of resolving any issues we had.

It was great to work with Thomas on the purchase. This was my first home transaction in Australia and I must admit, I was very nervous in the beginning, but when I met Tom, I found him quite considerate to my apprehensions and very flexible/accommodating to help me get upto the pace. Not only that, he always kept in touch to ensure things are progressing well. I recommend him without a doubt to all the first home buyers out there who are as naive as me and concerned about how things would look like towards the end state. Very happy with you Tom...keep up the spirit always 😊👍

I am very thankful to Thomas Perram and his team at Perpetual Property. In particular, Thomas, provided fantastic service and is very helpful throughout the entire process. We will still get him in the future should we sell another property. Highly recommended.
