This is the second property within two month's that Tim has sold for me and yet again the whole process was outstanding. He was even able to get my tenant on great terms and the whole Ray White team rallied together for the sale. I couldn't be happier with the communication from Tim as he called me every couple of days at times that he knew would be best for me as I work shifts. I had for several years used another agent but they had retired. I met Tim shortly after taking my house off the market due to no communication with the listing agent.
