Tim was the listing agent on the home we recently purchased in Minto. As first homebuyers this was a very daunting experience for us and we had what seemed like an endless list of questions. Tim was patient and always very quick to answer our queries. Being new to the area was difficult but Tim gave us a wealth of information to help us which was invaluable. After four inspections and some serious contract negotiations, we finally signed off on our first home. In hindsight, whilst we didn't get to choose the listing agent, we wouldn't have wanted to be dealing with anyone else. We would highly recommend Tim and are grateful for all of his help.
