Tim, is very responsive and an astute agent who works to get a win win result. We bought our property through Tim during the height of Covid-19 and still he made the buying process very smooth for us. Thanks a lot Tim for helping us a buy our first holiday house. Great work!
We were extremely happy with the process of purchasing this property, all made easy by Tim’s knowledge of the market, availability and prompt response to our questions. Would recommend Tim & Belle for their friendly professionalism every time.
Tim is the best real estate agent with whom we have dealt. When he was engaged he listened to what we had to say, was considerate, had very good ideas and suggestions and his follow was excellent. During the campaign he took good care of our house and he kept us informed. When the house was sold he did his best to achieve the best price possible. We always felt he was working 100% for us. It was a pleasure to work with him and have him in our home.
Tim was very helpful and responded to our questions and requests promptly and effectively. I highly recommend Tim for buying and selling Real Estate
Having been looking for the right property for some time, we had made our shortlist of viewings and decided on the one we were after. Tim expedited the negotiations promptly and smoothly and we were able to finalise a deal within a day or so. He answered our queries and resolved any of those little worries without delay. Straight forward and reliable agent.
After buying our property off Tim 6 years ago I knew right then that we would also use him to sell our property when the time came. I wonder how many purchasers can say that about their purchasing agent? Tim is very approachable with a can do attitude. He doesn't sweat the small stuff, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Tim has great local knowledge and contacts to make things happen and get things moving. I would have no hesitation in using Tim again and would encourage others to do the same.
Thanks Tim for managing our auction and getting a sale on the day. This is the second property you have sold for us and it was a very well managed campaign.
Tim was very insightful in the lead up to the sale as to where the market was at and setting price expectations. He worked hard to fully understand the issues raised by potential purchasers and kept us informed about where our property stood. We were delighted with the outcome he achieved in what was an uncertain market.
Tim went out of his way to show the property when it suited us. He was very honest and believable. His representation of the premises was informative, reasonable and fair. I purchased the property after making a single offer at the high end of the his range and there was no “Dutch auction” experience which I am grateful for. I would recommend Tim to others.
Tim was extremely helpful throughout the sale / purchase process and very easy to deal with. He was very responsive to all of our questions and always came back to us very quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with.
Tim and his team were very helpful and gave some great advice before, during and after the auction. Highly recommended. Justin
He listened to me (as a buyer) and was professional in getting a good price for the vendor. Down the track I may use HS for possible sales.
