Tim Bradler handled the listing , and the sale , of my property in a most competent and professional manner . I observed his actions in his negotiations between vendor and buyer to achieve a satisfactory result for both parties - which is the major role of an agent I have no hesitation in recommending Tim , and his competent staff at HockingStuart, Blairgowrie, to any prospective vendor or buyer . Best Regards , Mike
Tim was very professional and clear on the process to follow. He has responsive and really helpful in liaising with the vendor.
Tim is a local. He knows and loves this part of the peninsula and this knowledge is invaluable to both buyers and sellers alike. He's in it for the long haul. Tim works with you to achieve the outcome that you want. He is flexible in his approach, always focused on making sure you are making fully informed decisions. I appreciated his sincerity and authentic style, and the support of his broader team.
Tim is exactly what you want in someone you are dealing for important property transactions - always professional and quick to respond to queries - knowledgeable about the area and the properties he is representing - upfront and honest. Tim was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.
Tim Bradler was open and honey throughout the marketing campaign. Tom gave specialist advice about the local area and current property climate. A fantastic result was achieved on the day of auction.
Tim made the whole process of purchasing the property such an easy one due to his professionalism, knowledge and communication between all parties. All questions and queries were answered without a problem and in a prompt manner. The whole experience went as smooth as possible which can be attributed to a good agent. Would have no problem in using or recommending Tim in any future dealings...
Despite a disappointing auction turn out ,through Tim’s efforts we were able to get a satisfactory result within the next 10 days
An excellent agent who listens well to customers and follows through on actions and keeps us informed on progress all the way through the process
Tim was very easy to deal with. He has great knowledge of the area and we appreciated his honest communication.
After the sale Tim was great to deal with, great communication skills & made the whole process very easy.
We entrusted Tim to sell 2 of our properties in succession. The final property in a shifting market was really difficult for us to work out how to tackle it. This is where Tim’s knowledge, and communication skills really came to the fore. He helped ease our minds and steer us to the right path to get the sale in tough market conditions.
Tim took over the sale of our house from an agent who had left. We felt the former agent's pricing was not very accurate and the house ended up selling for about 30% less than hoped for, but predicting price is a notoriously hard thing to do. Once Tim took over he was very communicative and we felt handled the sale process well, including briefing another agent when he went on leave. HS have been acting as property managers for us for the same property and we have been very pleased with the service.
