We did make Tim jump through hoops, presenting to us twice, competing against 3 other agents. He was always cool with the 100 questions we asked him - the first and second time. He was patient, had a real-life story to tell about almost every aspect of selling our home. It might sound silly but he seemed to genuinely like our house and gardens which played an important role in my decision.
