Tim has great knowledge of the market. We had previously decided to do a reno of the property well before putting it on the market and Tim was happy to review and discuss our ideas with us prior to starting the project. We were very happy with the reno when the project was completed. Whilst the auction was well-attended, the bidders were few. Nevertheless, we achieved our desired price following the auction. Throughout the process, Tim's communication was frequent and consistent. Once the contract was signed, his communication continued, and our experience with the other services he recommended (conveyancer, etc) was very positive. His professionalism was outstanding, and we were very pleased with the overall outcome.

Tim helped us in every single step of the purchase of our property, even though he didn’t work for us, he was extremely helpful with his advise, negotiation and support along the whole process which ended being not straight forward for us.
