We had previously decided to do a reno of the property well before putting it on the market and Tim was happy to review and discuss our ideas with us prior to starting the project. We were very happy with the reno when the project was completed. Whilst the auction was well-attended, the bidders were few. Nevertheless, we achieved our desired price following the auction. Throughout the process, Tim's communication was frequent and consistent. Once the contract was signed, his communication continued, and our experience with the other services he recommended (conveyancer, etc) was very positive. His professionalism was outstanding, and we were very pleased with the overall outcome.

I purchased a property that Tim recently listed in North Balgowlah. Tim was incredibly friendly, transparent, professional and responsive throughout the campaign which lasted only 7 days. Tim explained the vendor was motivated to sell (a deceased estate) so we seized the opportunity and moved fast. Despite a couple of major hurdles that came up with the contract terms and late invoices that needed to be paid by the vendor, Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were able to exchange and purchase the property.
