Tim's experience and knowledge of real estate, in particular in the Mont Albert area was exceptional, which showed all the way thru the campaign, his advice and experience has in our case proven very positive. Selling a house can be a challenging process at the best of times, let alone during Covid! Working with Tim and his team was a great experience. His team were in constant contact, coordinated everything we needed with and of course with opens having to be scheduled, they kept us well across everyone who was coming along. On auction day the broader Fletchers team brought together a number of interested parties and worked like a real team should.
