Selling a house can be a challenging process at the best of times, let alone during Covid! Working with Tim and his team was a great experience. His team were in constant contact, coordinated everything we needed with and of course with opens having to be scheduled, they kept us well across everyone who was coming along. On auction day the broader Fletchers team brought together a number of interested parties and worked like a real team should. In the end, Tim was able to get two bidders actively bidding on our property and we sold under the hammer for an excellent price. I couldn't recommend Tim highly enough.
