We participated in a boardroom auction which was calm and professionally conducted and we came away completely satisfied. The follow up of the sale and administration was first class and very timely. On the evening of the sale we nutted out a plan to sell the other property and Tim and the team turned around preparation of all the marketing properties and had it on the market within 4 days. They then sold it in 4 days as COVID 19 was escalating and the real estate environment was deteriorating.
