I commenced my "due diligence" towards selling my Surrey Hills property more than 12 months ago. This involved going to open inspections, attending auctions almost every weekend, compiling a spreadsheet re property's specific description & block size, monitoring sales outcomes and tracking respective Auctioneers' results etc. It became apparent that the Fletchers Organisation, and Tim Heayside in particular stood out clearly ahead of "the rest". So I began attending Tim's auctions. After observing several of Tim's auctions I approached him re selling my property. As they say..."The rest is history". Tim and his diligent Team made the entire documentation process so easy for me. They answered my questions and emails straight away. No matter what time it was, Tim literally instantly replied to my text messages and/or answered my calls. They handled the overall preparation process as if they were putting their own home on the market. At the Open Inspections and on auction day Spring Chen's communication skills in Mandarin became a most valuable marketing tool. Spring worked tirelessly to assist Tim to convey my property's best possible exposure to foreign-speaking potential buyers. Auction Day was such a "positive vibe" event. The Coffee Van Lady was flat out providing excellent beverages for everyone. Over 70 people attended. 6 active bidders. Over 30 bids. Tim motivated the bidders in such a charming and humorous manner. The atmosphere of the bidding was "on fire", with an amazing sale price outcome. My wife and I are so grateful to Tim and his dedicated Team of true professionals. My 12 months of research REALLY "paid off" !!! I cannot recommend the Fletchers Organisation and Tim Heavyside in particular highly enough. If there was a SIX STAR rating, I would give it to Tim without hesitation.

At the first interview it was clear that Tim had excellent knowledge of the market in my area and he provided me with copies of the material so that I could review it later. He has an excellent team of professionals who helped me present my home at its best. All his sales team were friendly and efficient and always willing to answer my questions
