We have known Tim for sometime and he has always provided his advise and recommendations resulting in our trust. It was a simple decision for us on who to choose to represent our property, with Tim leading the auction and his team managing the campaign and providing updates on each inspection. It was a simple and stress free process leading up to the auction which achieved the goal we were after.
Tim understood exactly our situation and was sensitive to us selling our home that we had invested blood, sweat and tears (and money) into renovating to make it a perfect family home for ourselves. Having to sell the this is the situation is hard but Tim provided empathy and understanding when needed most. Tim knew the market and was able to provide good guidance on the whole process. On the day he did an outstanding job achieving a great result at auction, beyond our expectations. Having both bought and sold with Tim, I highly recommend him and the Fletchers team.
Tim strikes me as being very professional, warm and accommodating.
Tim said something to me on one of my many visits to various properties he was showing - "Aim for 70 - 80% and make the rest your own". This resonated strongly with me and I really appreciated his sensible thoughts on purchasing a property and his local knowledge of the area, which he provided without a "hard sell". I felt very well supported throughout what to me was a very daunting process. Thanks Tim!
My family and I decided to use Fletchers as our agent was because we saw that Tim had imagination. He was able to see what it was that my husband and I had loved about this house and it’s environs. He also really seemed to enjoy his work and brought to it great energy and skill. He had his finger on the pulse of the market and we respected his advice. We also found that the staff at Fletchers were unfailingly pleasant and helpful.
I couldn't thank Tim and his team enough, we wouldn't not have done done it any other way. We are so grateful for the support of his overall Flethers team including his trusted handyman (Vid Jelo) and Stylist (Kelly Dixon). They all have demonstrated great professionalism, caring, patience, and it was those great attributes that made the whole marketing campaign goes as smoothly as possible. Tim is great at keeping us inform throughout and always quick to response to our queries, i am not kidding but he usually get back to us in minutes! Last but but least, Tim was realistic and know the Surrey Hills market very well but our selling price was above my expectation given the current market situation.
Tim and the whole Fletcher’s team were very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They provided great advice and kept us well-informed throughout the campaign. Tim has an excellent knowledge of the market. I would highly recommend Tim and his team if you are planning to sell your property. Special thank you to Harley and Allison for your excellent work.
I chose Tim to conduct my auction after seeing him perform at anther auction. I liked his humour and the way he dealt with his audience. Very confident and in charge of the moment. He works very hard to get the best price for the vendor. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Tim.
Tim was consistently professional and personable. He had excellent knowledge of the area. He gave good and reasonable advice on how to improve the value of the house. He worked with a terrific team who were friendly, professional and reliable. We were kept well informed throughout the campaign.
I was extremely happy with the professionalism and communication involved in the purchase of my property. Throughout the experience I was shown courtesy and respect and my questions in regard to the property were handled well. Attention to detail was handled with courtesy and in a friendly manner by his team member. I am happy with the outcome.
Tim and the team at Fletchers achieved an outstanding result for us with a sale prior to auction that more than met our expectations for the property. Before our auction campaign started we considered that communication throughout the selling process would be essential to maintaining our peace of mind, ensuring us that we were on track to achieve a result. Tim and Fletchers certainly excelled in this regard. We were at all times informed and aware of where we were at with the campaign and potential buyers. We are happy vendors thanks to Tim and Harley’s hard work.
