My family and I met Tim at one of the auction campaigns that he held. We instantly come to a conclusion that he is so damn good and we want him to sell our house. He is focus, professional , knowledgeable , passionate about his job and his bid calling skill is memorising ( he could be a TV host one day if he decides to change his career ). We went to him couple days after the auction and of course he did not disappoint us. He managed to sell our home at a very reasonable price with minimal advertising. We were truly impressed with him and his team and I dare to say he the BEST in the industry and like other people said, he should start his own college to train the next generation.

Tim was doing his job and was very shrewd. I was happy to secure the property without much arji-barji! He was gracious enough to cone in on a Sunday morning of a long weekend- a big plus for him.

On the auction day, when our emotions were high after a restless night's sleep, Tim had a calming effect.
