You don't have to spend long with Tim to gain an appreciation for why he is so highly rated and successful. I found his knowledge, professionalism and sales skills to be of the highest level, and I had a very easy decision to make when he made a point of asking for my business. I was extremely delighted by the result achieved when my property was sold at auction, and would not hesitate to recommend Tim and Fletchers Real Estate to handle your real estate needs.

I had seen Tim in action as an auctioneer many times but until engaging him to sell our house did not appreciate his approach and demeanour nor the depth and value of the individuals in "Team Heavyside". Tim is extremely personable, he builds and maintains trust easily and works hard. He clearly understands the importance of taking nothing for granted - with the seller or the buyer. One of the key reasons we chose Tim and his team was the fact that Tim is both the Agent and Auctioneer and because he attends the open for inspections he has a personal understanding of potential buyers. This fact alone set him apart from other agents and gave us great confidence when it came to strategies and recommendations on auction day. To the team : Spring, Harley, Allison and Merrilyn - fantastic work - it was a delight dealing with you all. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and "Team Heavyside".

Tim is a great agent who convinced me to go with Fletchers and Albert Hazelden did a marvelous job to negotiate an outstanding result with the sale of my property. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone who seeks a professional and high achieving real esate agent.

Tim did a great job of selling our family home. He has a good knowledge of the market and kept us well informed throughout the campaign. He provided valuable feedback and advice. Most importantly he got the best result for us.

Tim Heavyside has excellent listening/communication skills, a deep understanding of the Surrey Hills residential market and provided professional real estate advice that accommodated our needs.

Great agent, I met Tim many years ago, and knew he was the one. Tim and his team conducted a great auction. Very happy with result.

Tim is the No.1 agent I ever had and would highly recommend to my friends. Great negotiation skills and fully experienced! If you chose Tim, you will never regret!

I chose Tim because I saw him in action when he sold the property across the road from mine and I was highly impressed with the way that he conducted himself and the result that he got. He is a true professional who is very knowledgeable about the market and takes the sale of your property very seriously. My experience with Tim was very positive. He was always approachable and provided expert guidance throughout the process. He listened to any concerns and answered all my questions without hesitation, providing me with confidence and security. I was very pleased with the result that I got and would not hesitate to recommend Tim to any of my friends or family.

Tim and his team has delivered more than what they promised. We are extremely happy with the result! His professionalism and knowledge of the market is second to none. Highly recommend anyone who is thinking of selling.

Tim is a fantastic agent, he has very much professional knowledge on property market. His is very confidence to lead clients to find out the right decision. I hope that I will have more chance to cooperate with him in the further.

Tim conducted our campaign in a highly organized and professional way. We had 22 groups inspect our house on the first open for inspection and sold the house a few days after that.

Great auctioneer, very professional
