We had been recommended from friends to try Tim Heavyside and Brooke Warwick, and we were not disappointed. From the initial meeting, we knew that Tim and Brooke were a winning combination as it included the drive, compassion and enthusiasm from a younger agent, with the experience, market knowledge and general people skills of Tim. It was a combination of all the above, that ultimately resulted in a fantastic result. Tim's determination at the auction to get us a price that we would be more than happy with, never waived. The way he worked the crowd with humor, knowledge of the area and professionalism was brilliant and one of the best auctions we have seen.
