From the initial meeting with Tim and Spring through to the auction my experience with the Fletchers team was excellent. Tim’s team gave daily updates and with the challenges of another lockdown seamlessly moved to an online auction. Tim and the teams understanding and knowledge of the area, market and buyers was exceptional. Tim’s auction skill and style is fantastic and was not hindered by conducting the auction online. This all resulted in a sale price well above expectations. I highly recommend Tim and team.
