Communication is the essence of any business transaction and this is one of the many areas Heavyside’s excel in. They seem to be available 24/7 and nothing ever seems a silly question. Due to the style of house we were selling we were advised to purchase the better marketing package which we had no regrets in doing, I am sure it created a lot more interest in our property. In the current real estate climate we felt that negotiations on price etc was so important in obtaining the best price and after previously using Heavyside’s we had no hesitation in ticking that box when appointing them. The buyer seemed to be just as happy as us with the negotiations which also shows a happy transaction for all.
