My wife and I engaged Tim and Paige Heavyside to sell our property in October 2024. The home and block were unusual having to street frontages front and back and the Californian bungalow forward on the block. The Heavyside well oiled machine, did a great job in getting a buyer with vision who valued the home and the rear yard separately.
