Tim is very personable and took the time to explain each part of the process in selling my property. Great communication throughout the process from Tim and his team. Tim showed great dedication, was always punctual and quick to respond to emails/texts/calls when I had questions. I was happy with the work done by all those who Tim recommended to me (eg. lawyers, handymen, and stylists). Heavyside's marketing campaign was very professional and thorough. Although the purchase price was a bit lower than I had hoped, I think it was very fair given the current real estate climate. Tim's expertise and tireless efforts definitely helped me to get the best outcome possible. I would recommend Heavyside to others.
